Dawn is an medium style LaMancha with a beautiful mammary system, it is high and wide in the rear and very smooth and well extended in the fore. She has excellent teat size and placement. Bittersweet is a beautiful doe with an awesome personality. She excels in general appearance having a wonderful topline and rump, strong feet and legs and great dairy character. She has an extremely well attached capacious mammary system, and is a good milker, with a nice level lactation. She has shown well over the last several year being 1st and 2nd in her class at every show we have taken her to. Bittersweet has some teat placement issues and although the judges continue to comment on her general appearance and dairy character she has yet to earn her championship. She does have 3 finished sisters, GCH South-Fork Sugar Candy, GCH South-Fork Hershey Kisses, and GCH South-Fork SemiSweet.

Hostess is larger style LaMancha, who is long, and deep bodied, with an excellent front end, and nice strong feet and legs. Her mammary system is very nice, being high & wide in the rear & smooth in the fore with excellent teat size and placement. She is a dream to hand milk, her teats are just the right size and she has wonderful large orifices, the milk practically falls right into your bucket. Hostess is producing some outstanding offspring her daughter Twinkie was 8th placed milking yearling at the 05 Nationals and is a Permanent Champion as well. I retained two daughter's “Honey Bun” and "Cupcake" this past year who are looking absolutely wonderful.

favorite in the barn having a sweet easy going personality.
